It is a striking peak in the central part of the Slovak Paradise with very steep craggy brinks heading to the south and south-east, down to the Veľký Zajf Valley. In the craggy slopes of the Raven Rock there are several smaller cave rooms. It is an important outlook point.
   
Below the Raven Rock, in the Suchá dolina (Dry Valley), there is an extraordinary natural phenomenon of the Slovak Paradise - Občasný Prameň (Intermittent Spring).
